I cannot accept descriptions of the character as this can cause delays. Codes are to be entered in the personalisation box that is provided during the sale.

The characters are intended to be a fun representation of the recipient, rather than a exact match. Please remember that printed colours are different to those that you see on the screen and can sometimes appear slightly darker. Please take this into account when ordering.

From the date I receive your order, I need 3 working days to complete it (starts after the day of order). This may take slightly longer with custom makes.
